Delivery & Returns
DUE TO THE SITUATION WITH COVID-19 ALL THE SHIPMENTS ARE A SUBJECT OF A DELAY. PLEASE CONTACT US TO CHECK THE NEW TERMS OF SHIPMENTS.
Delivery of the order is free of charge world wide.
A standard delivery for Europe: 2-4 business days.
A standard delivery outside Europe: 10-14 business days.
Rosbalet is using a third party for the shipments and is not responsible for any delays due to transport problems, weather conditions, customs clearance and any other possible issues which can delay the delivery.
Customers are responsible for a non delivery or delay due to the un-complete or un-correct shipping address information. In case you need to modify or complete the delivery address please contact us by email 24 hours after the order placement.
Customers are responsible for all the return delivery charges and costs.
Returning the shoes for all customers: please contact us by email to request a return, noting your order number, to get the explanation how to proceed with the return.
Please note that no return is possible for the products on sale.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with Rosbalet General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
• The products must be in their unused original condition, with all labels, leaflets, any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
• The return must be requested within 15 (fifteen) days from delivery of the order.
• The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 15 (fifteen) days from return authorisation.
• The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country.
• The products were purchased online on Rosbalet.com
Rosbalet reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
Shipping outside the European Union
Customers outside Europe are responsible for any additional fees due to Customs.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your account and send the faulty goods back to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you discover a fault after this time, but within a month of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Rosbalet web site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Rosbalet account.
